Changemakers by Seed Campus is a part of NTUC First Campus and a leading provider of high quality enrichment and outdoor adventure camps for both preschoolers and primary school children. These programmes have helped more than 18,000 children yearly, to extend their learning beyond the core curriculum they receive in school.

We know people learn best by doing or through direct experience. Changemakers’ unique curriculum employs a pedagogical 4-step learning approach called EXRAE – Experience, Reflect, Assimilate, Experiment, inspired by David Kolb’s Experiential Learning Theory (Kolb, 1984).
Embedding Harvard’s Project Zero Thinking Routine Toolbox into our approach, our children learn strategies that guide them to think more deeply, stimulate their imagination and curiosity, and foster the open exploration of ideas.

Growth Champion & Advocates
Our team of motivated and high-energy individuals will work closely with each child to facilitate their growth, ensuring that learning is enjoyable and being there to nudge them to stretch their potential to become changemakers. The team's rich experience teaching & navigating the MOE environment, coupled with their years of working for established enrichment players on curriculum development, business development and operations, allows us the know-how to ensure every child is well-equipped to scale new heights at every stage of life, no matter how hard the climb.

Our centre offers a purposefully designed space that supports both academic success and life skills. With dedicated areas like the Grow & Co-working Space for individual work and collaboration, a Creative Makers Space for innovation, and fun zones for social activities, plus a Tech Lab for Power Up sessions and online homework, students gain essential skills for the future.
