Raymond's commitment in nurturing young minds and understanding of the diverse learning needs are closely linked with his years of experience in the tuition and enrichment industry. His close working relationship with enrichment players in the industry gives him insights from both educators & parents, and these help in the curation of enrichment programmes that benefit children's holistic development.

Eric spent the past decade at NTUC First Campus in various corporate and business roles, including corporate communications, marketing and business development. In his current position as business director, he oversees the group's enrichment operations and launched the Outdoor School, which together supports the holistic development of 15,000 children yearly. He also serves in the school management committee for Assumption Pathway School in his personal capacity.

Kai Ting is an educator with more than 14 years of experience working with young children and her passion lies in innovating new learning approaches and understanding its intricacies within. Her illustrous stints as the Principal in established private preschools, allows added depth when developing proprietory curriculum for Changemakers.

Mindy is an experienced intrapreneur who has successfully led teams to create, launch and scale new multi-national services and products, including an online-first hotel loyalty program and a leading co-living brand. She is adept at design thinking and innovation-culture building. Her wide-ranging experience leading global talent management, brand & marketing and strategic planning teams, helps shape Changemakers' curriculum to be more plugged into the real world and helps our students develop skills to become future changemakers.

Our team of motivated and high-energy individuals will work closely with each child to facilitate their growth, ensuring that learning is enjoyable and being there to nudge them to stretch their potential to become changemakers. The team's rich experience teaching & navigating the MOE environment, coupled with their years of working for established enrichment players on curriculum development, business development and operations, allows us the know-how to ensure every child is well-equipped to scale new heights at every stage of life, no matter how hard the climb.
