We know people learn best by doing or through direct experience. Changemakers’ unique curriculum employs a pedagogical 4-step learning approach called EXRAE – Experience, Reflect, Assimilate, Experiment, inspired by David Kolb’s Experiential Learning Theory (Kolb, 1984).
Embedding Harvard’s Project Zero Thinking Routine Toolbox into our approach, our children learn strategies that guide them to think more deeply, stimulate their imagination and curiosity, and foster the open exploration of ideas.
