Ms Theresa (Growth Champion / Centre Manager)
Hello! I’m an educator with 22 years of teaching experience, and I absolutely love helping kids discover new things and unravel their amazing potential! I’m also a mum to six amazing kids, so there’s always a lot of laughter (and noise!) at home. Plus, we share our house with two playful dogs and three chatty parrots—never a dull moment! Whether it’s telling stories, exploring exciting ideas, or making learning an adventure, I believe every day is a chance to have fun while discovering something new. I can’t wait to explore and share exciting moments with you!
Ms Ruru (Growth Advocate / Teacher)
Hello! I’m Syariffah, but my students call me Ms. Ruru—like the New Zealand owl, fitting for a night owl like me! With over five years of experience teaching Math from K2 to Sec 4 A Math, I also integrate engaging teaching approaches in Math through storytelling, inquiry-based learning, and process drama. I’ve trained teachers, designed innovative curricula, and developed enrichment programs integrating life skills. My teaching philosophy centers on Protecting, Inspiring, and Nurturing young minds, empowering students to think critically and solve problems confidently. My goal is to nurture individuals who will help create a brighter future!

Hi, I’m Julie! I’m an early childhood educator who believes that learning happens everywhere—not just in the classroom. I love helping children build important life skills to guide them through the challenges. My journey has taken me from classrooms to outdoor adventures, working with kids and even contributing to the community through volunteer work. These experiences have shaped how I connect with children and inspire them to grow, build confidence, and stay curious. I’m excited to create a fun, supportive space where children can explore, solve problems, and shine. Let’s grow together!
Ms Qin Xuan (Growth Advocate / Teacher)
Hey there, I’m Qin Xuan! You might not see me around often as I work mainly on the backend operations and strategy side of things. I’m a marketing graduate but I have dabbled into many other functions throughout my time in the organisation. I find much fulfilment in being able to contribute to the education sector, and I hope through our efforts, children can be inspired to be happy, driven, and confident individuals.
